XKite is a sports association (Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica): everyone who comes to us becomes a member, not a customer. We were born on Lake Garda in 2004 with one idea — to make kitesurfing accessible, safe and unforgettable at one of Europe's best spots.
Twenty years on, we are still here. Same beach, same wind, same passion. With Lake Garda's largest launch platform, FIV-certified instructors and an international community that returns every season.
XKite A.S.D. is born at Assenza di Brenzone, on the east shore of Lake Garda. A group of passionate riders choose this corner of the lake for its reliable thermal wind and perfect fetch.
We launch the first lift service on the Garda: an assistance boat and a launch platform — the Katapulta — to bring riders to the optimal wind zone. An idea that simply did not exist on the lake before us.
We affiliate with the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV). Our instructors receive official FIV certification, raising technical and safety standards to the highest level. Radio helmets become part of our teaching method.
Riders from across Europe choose Assenza di Brenzone as their home spot. The Katapulta is still the largest on the Garda. The team grows, courses expand to wingfoil. The passion never changes.

The heart of XKite. Marco has been at the spot since day one — he knows every corner of the lake, every nuance of the Pelèr and the Ora. He coordinates the team, manages sessions and answers your WhatsApp messages.
